All SIMCOM products can be supplied with development kits for the design engineer in mind to develop code and interfaces for projects that will ultimately use the product range. These developments kits are excellent and are supplied complete with SIM card holder, 3dB magnetic mount antenna, RS232 cables and PSU - plug and play.

The development kits have full break-out facilities so that all GSM/GPRS/GPS module signals are available for external interfacing. A typical development kit is shown below for the SIM548C.

Development kits are supplied with built-in SIM socket, GSM antenna (plus GPS in the case of the SIM548C), RS232 cable, power supply unit and CD.

Please note that developments kits are not sold with the GSM module and so this has to be purchased seperatly.
